Catilac Ranch, Kingman, AZ
Was founded in July of 2021 to give unwanted feral cats a safe place to adjust to human companionship
Kingman has a large feral population. Over the years we have adopted many unwanted and abandoned cats and dogs we have just taken in 16 ferals that were recently trapped and fixed by another local charity we offer these neglected animals, safety, food and medical care. The entire purpose is to domesticate these feral cats and make them adoptable for barn or farm cats in a way to minimize commercial chemical pest control. On the few times we take in kittens they get a priority treatment and we actively and successfully seeked out loving homes for them. We never charge a re-homing fee and every cent of donations go to the cats.
We live in an unincorporated part of Kingman… We have set up a large Catio including a shelter to protect the most vulnerable our property is a third of an acre with a seven-foot cat proof fencing surrounding the property.
My wife a true saint spends all her time taking care of, cleaning after and feeding the animals, while I work nights to support them all.
